SUB Capital Appoints Mr. Oliver Foeste as Director
Vancouver, British Columbia - (November 1, 2010) - SUB Capital Inc. (TSX-V: SUB) (“SUB Capital” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Oliver W. Foeste as Director of the Company effective immediately.
Mr. Foeste is a chartered accountant with over 10 years of experience in corporate structuring, acquisitions, financial reporting and corporate governance. He started his career with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche and obtained his CA designation in 2006. Mr. Foeste also provided business consulting services to entrepreneurial start-up operations. Mr. Foeste is director of finance and corporate secretary of Huntingdon Real Estate Investment Trust, a Vancouver-based TSX-listed issuer. Previously, he was U.S. Divisional Controller at Precision Drilling Trust, a leading TSX and NYSE listed, oilfield services provider based in Calgary, Alberta.
