Inca One Approved to Trade on OTCQB

VANCOUVER, BC – June 16, 2021 – INCA ONE GOLD CORP. (TSXV:INCA) (OTCQB:INCAF) (FSE:SU92) (“Inca One” or the “Company”) a gold producer, operating two, fully permitted, mineral processing facilities in Peru, is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market (the “OTCQB”), a US trading platform that is operated by the OTC Markets Group headquartered in New York. The Company will trade on the OTCQB under the symbol "INCAF".  The Company's common shares will also continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "INCA".
